Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kolkata

Assistance upon arrival at Kolkata International Airport, followed by a pick-up and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Kolkata

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kolkata. Places of interest include Victoria Memorial, Indian Museum, Eden Gardens, St. Paul's Cathedral, Maidan, and Fort William. After the visit, return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Kolkata - Basanti Port - Sundarbans National Park

Drive from Kolkata to Basanti Port by car (approximately 3 hours), passing through the picturesque countryside of Bengal. From Basanti Port, board a boat to Gosaba. A short ride by local rickshaw will take you to the entrance of the Sundarbans Forest. In the afternoon, visit the Forest Museum and observe the different species that inhabit the mangrove ecosystem of the Sundarbans. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at a forest lodge inside the Sundarbans.

Day 04: Sundarbans National Park

After breakfast, visit the Sundarbans Forest and enjoy a full-day boat cruise through the creeks of the dense mangrove forest. Visit Pakhiralaya, Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower, Netidhopani Watch Tower, and other important points within the Sundarbans. In the evening, enjoy a special local cultural performance featuring the traditional folk drama "Bonbibi Pala." Dinner and overnight stay at the forest lodge.

Day 05: Sundarbans National Park - Basanti Port - Kolkata

Early in the morning, visit the local village of Rangabelia, known for the Tagore Society's rural development project. After lunch, transfer to Kolkata. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Kolkata International Airport to board your flight for your onward journey.
