Kashmir Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Assistance upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, followed by a transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Srinagar (Flight)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Delhi Airport to board your flight to Srinagar. Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to a houseboat. The afternoon is free for personal activities. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake and witness the beautiful sunset. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
Day 03: Srinagar Local Sightseeing (50 kms)
Half-day tour of the world-famous Mughal Gardens, including visits to Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (The Abode of Love). Return to the houseboat for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake and admire the beauty that has earned Srinagar comparisons to Venice. You will also get views of several interesting places around the lake. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
Day 04: Srinagar – Gulmarg (56 kms)
After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also famous for its golf course, the highest in the world, and for skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendour of nature and the snow-capped mountains. You may also take a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Gulmarg – Pahalgam (149 kms)
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (2,440 m), also known as the Vale of Kashmir. En route, visit the saffron fields and the Avantipur Ruins, a 1,100-year-old temple complex. By lunchtime, you will reach Pahalgam, one of the most popular destinations associated with the Indian film industry. After lunch, enjoy the natural charm and scenic beauty of the valley. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Pahalgam
Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore and appreciate the beauty of the Pahalgam Valley. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Pahalgam – Srinagar (93 kms)
After breakfast, depart from Pahalgam and drive to Srinagar. By lunchtime, you will arrive and check in to your hotel/houseboat. The afternoon is free for personal activities. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
Day 08: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar (196 kms)
Enjoy a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, one of the most scenic drives from Srinagar. En route, stop at several beautiful viewpoints. Continue to Sonmarg (2,690 m), known as the "Meadow of Gold." You may take a horse ride to visit the Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains throughout the year. Sonmarg is also known as the Gateway to Ladakh. In the evening, return to the houseboat. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
Day 09: Srinagar – Delhi Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar Airport to board your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, connect with your onward flight for your journey home.
