Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Assistance upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, followed by transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Corbett National Park
After breakfast, drive to Corbett National Park. Upon arrival, check in at The Corbett Hideaway or The River View Retreat. After a welcome drink and a short briefing about your stay and the various lodges, lunch will be served. In the afternoon, enjoy a jungle trek. In the evening, witness a traditional folk show, followed by an orientation talk and a question-and-answer session about your tour. Later, enjoy a slide presentation on the flora and fauna of the region that you will explore during your horse safari. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Corbett National Park
Early in the morning, enjoy a wildlife game drive in a 4WD jeep. After lunch, experience an elephant ride in Corbett National Park. Later, you will be introduced to your horse and enjoy a short horse ride. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Corbett National Park
Begin your horse safari through the foothills of the Himalayas and the Shivalik Reserve Forests. Follow the footsteps of Sir Jim Corbett, who frequently used these trails. Ride to the Sitabani Forest Rest House, located deep within the forest, where you will spend the night. The area is especially renowned for its rich birdlife. Overnight in tents.
Day 05: Corbett National Park
Ride to Dachauri Forest Rest House. This trail takes you through the heart of the forest, an area where Sir Jim Corbett spent much of his time and which he described in his famous book, The Temple Tiger. The campsite offers spectacular views, with the hills forming a beautiful backdrop and the plains stretching out before you. Overnight in tents.
Day 06: Corbett National Park – Nainital
Begin your ride into the Himalayas, ascending to Pangot through scenic mountain trails. The route offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges from every direction. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel in Pangot. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07: Nainital
Early in the morning, depart with a packed breakfast for Cheena Peak (Naina Peak). Enjoy lunch at The Naini Retreat. In the afternoon, visit the Boat House Club, one of the highest sailing clubs in the world, and enjoy a boat ride on Naini Lake. Alternatively, take a walk to Tiffin Top for panoramic views of Nainital. Overnight at The Naini Retreat, a luxury boutique hotel.
Day 08: Nainital – Betalghat
Drive to Pangot and begin your horse ride to Ratighati. After lunch, continue your journey on horseback to Betalghat. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 09: Betalghat – Corbett National Park
Ride early in the morning to the Garjia Suspension Bridge via Okhalkanda. Later, drive to Corbett National Park and check in at The Corbett Hideaway or The River View Retreat. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Corbett National Park – Delhi
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport to board your onward flight.
