Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Mumbai

Assistance upon arrival at Mumbai International Airport, followed by transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Mumbai

Morning excursion to the Elephanta Caves. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour visiting the Gateway of India, Marine Drive, Hanging Gardens, and the Prince of Wales Museum. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Mumbai / Cochin (Flight)

After breakfast, you will be provided with an assisted departure transfer to Mumbai Domestic Airport to board your flight to Cochin. Upon arrival in Cochin, you will be assisted and transferred to the hotel. Later, visit Mattancherry Palace and St. Francis Church. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 04: Cochin / Kumarakom - Distance: 90 Kms

After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom. Enjoy a cruise on the backwaters or spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may also try one of the famous Ayurvedic treatments. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Kumarakom / Periyar - Distance: 127 Kms

After breakfast, drive to the Periyar Wildlife Reserve. Enjoy an optional cruise on the lake and spot Indian elephants and a variety of exotic birds. Overnight in Periyar.

Day 06: Periyar

Morning visit to a spice plantation. Enjoy a trek through the jungle. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Periyar / Madurai - Distance: 190 Kms

Drive from Periyar to Madurai to witness the evening prayers at the Meenakshi Temple. Overnight in Madurai.

Day 08: Madurai / Trichy - Distance: 142 Kms

Drive from Madurai to Trichy. Trichy is situated on the banks of the River Cauvery. It is the fourth-largest city in Tamil Nadu and was once a citadel of the early Cholas before falling to the Pallavas. Trichy's most famous landmark is an 83 m-high rock, the only outcrop in the otherwise flat landscape of the city. Remarkably, this rock is approximately 3.8 billion years old, making it one of the oldest rock formations in the world, as old as the rocks of Greenland and older than the Himalayas. Atop the rock stands the Ucchi Pillayar Temple, dedicated to Lord Vinayaka, from where visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Trichy.

Day 09: Trichy

Enjoy a city tour of Trichy, including a visit to the Rock Fort, which offers spectacular views of the city. The Vinayaka Temple at the summit is reached by climbing a rock-cut pathway. Halfway up is the Sri Thayumanaswamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple features a magnificent 100-pillared hall and a vimana covered with gold. On the southern face of the rock are several beautifully carved rock-cut cave temples dating back to the Pallava period. Overnight in Trichy.

Day 10: Trichy / Chennai - Distance: 325 Kms

Morning drive to Chennai. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour, including a visit to Dakshin Chitra. Overnight in Chennai.

Day 11: Chennai / Bangalore / Mysore (Flight)

Departure transfer to the airport to board your flight to Bangalore. Upon arrival, enjoy a half-day tour of Bangalore city, followed by a drive to Mysore. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Mysore / Hassan - Distance: 115 Kms

Morning tour of Mysore. Visit the Maharaja's Palace, the Art Gallery, and Chamundi Hill to see the Chamundeshwari Temple and the Nandi Bull. Later, drive to Hassan via Shravanabelagola to see the thousand-year-old monolithic statue of Lord Gomateshwara. En route, visit the famous temple towns of Belur and Halebidu (time permitting). Overnight in Hassan.

Day 13: Hassan / Bangalore - Distance: 192 Kms

Drive to Bangalore, en route visiting Srirangapatna. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight in Bangalore.

Day 14: Bangalore / Goa (Flight)

Depart for the airport to board your flight to Goa. Upon arrival, you will be assisted and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15: Goa

Day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 16: Goa

Day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 17: Goa / Mumbai Departure (Flight)

Morning is free for leisure. Later, you will be provided with an assisted departure transfer to Goa Airport to board your flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival in Mumbai, connect with your onward flight.
