Day 1: Bangalore Arrival

After arrival in Bangalore, meet our representative and drive towards Mysore. On the way visit “Tippu Summer Palace” at Srirangapatna. On reaching Mysore go for a sightseeing visit which will cover – the Famous “Palace of Mysore”: Built-in 1912 in the Indo Saracenic style, this palace exudes a grandeur that is unmatched and then on to The "Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery" housed in the Jaganmohan palace: that has a collection of Exquisite paintings dating back to 1875.

Onward visit to the bull temple (a 4.8mts monolith) on the middle of the hill on the way to Chamundi temple and then to visit the “Chamundi Hill Temple” at a height of 1062mts. In the evening visit the beautiful Brindavan Garden. (Overnight stay at hotel in Mysore)

Day 2: Mysore - Ooty

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Ooty – also known as Nilgiris. On arrival check-in into the hotel and later go for sightseeing which will cover the famous Botanical garden - spread over a huge area of 22 hectares and with more than 650 species of flowers and trees, is a horticulturist’s delight. The highlight of the garden is a fossil tree that is believed to be 20 million years old.

The Doddabetta peak - at an altitude of 8,606 feet is the highest point in South India. The view of Nilgiris from here is breathtaking.

The Rose Garden - located in the heart of Ooty is one of the largest rose gardens in India and also a popular tourist attraction. The beautiful garden is spread across 10 acres of land and houses some of the largest collections of roses in the country. The Wax museum herein is also interesting to visit. End your day at the Ooty lake - a 2.5-kilometer-long lake meandering through the scenic beauty of the Nilgiris. You could indulge in many activities here like boating, cycling around the lake, horse riding, etc. (Overnight at hotel in Ooty)

Day 3: Ooty – Coonoor - Ooty

After breakfast, proceed to Coonoor by the famous TOY TRAIN (ticket subject to availability) for a beautiful ride from Ooty – Coonoor. Upon reaching Coonoor the driver will pick you up from the station and proceed for sightseeing Visit Sim’s park - a beautiful botanical garden located in Coonoor is a popular tourist attraction. Developed in 1874 this park is home to a variety of unusual species of plants, which have been brought from different parts of the world.

Lamb’s rock - offers spectacular views of the lush forest, beautiful hills, and coffee/tea estates. This makes the place an excellent picnic spot. Dolphin’s nose - a stunning viewpoint situated more than 1000 feet above sea level. Its unique rock formation and peak resemble a dolphin’s nose from which it derives the name. The drive to the destination as such is spectacular. After sightseeing drives back to Ooty. (Overnight at hotel in Ooty)

Day 4: Ooty - Kodaikanal

After breakfast at residing hotel, check out and drive to Kodaikanal so-called the "Princess of Hills" in South India. The winding road uphill with lush vegetation is a feast for your eyes. You will stop en route at various viewpoints capturing stunning pictures of this lovely hill. Upon arrival at Kodaikanal Check in hotel and free evening to relax, (Overnight at the hotel in Kodaikanal)

Day 5: Kodaikanal Sightseeing

Breakfast at residing hotel, later proceed for sightseeing visiting Coakers Walk – provides a beautiful view by walking through the paved pedestrian path. Pine forest- one among the preserved treasures of Kodaikanal which would mesmerize the tourists by its beautiful ambiance, Guna caves – Earlier known as devil’s kitchen and now popularized by Tamil movie Guna, are deep bat-infested chambers between the three gigantic boulders that are the Pillar Rocks. Pillar rocks – is a set of three giant rock pillars which stands 122mtrs high. Green valley view- formerly known as Suicide point has an excellent panoramic view.

Botanical Garden / Bryant park – is a wonderfully maintained 20.5acres of the garden. You can end the day at the famous Kodai Lake – one of the most beautiful manmade lakes in the heart of Kodaikanal. You may indulge in many activities here around the lake such as boating, cycling around the lake, horse riding, etc. (Overnight at a hotel in Kodaikanal)

Day 6: Kodaikanal – Thekkady/Periyar

After early breakfast checkout and drive to Periyar (also known as Thekkady) retrieves the name after the Dam made here by the English in 1895. A wildlife reserve hence is an ideal place to track down wildlife such as Elephants, Bison, Deer, and numerous other varieties of birds. The landscape here is very tropical and you will be surrounded by tea, coffee & other spices.

Upon arrival at Thekkady, check in to the hotel. Later proceed for the most popular boat trip to the National Park - the best way to observe games in wild is by boat. There are many animals to see, including herds of elephants, bison, and packs of wild boars that roam through the woods and parade along the shores of the lake just before sunrise.

You can also see also different species of apes. The golden langur monkey that lives here is rarely seen in the rest of India. Other animals in Periyar are otters and porcupines. Water turtles can often be seen sunning themselves on the pieces of wood that stick out of the water. Osprey and Cormorants belong to the most important species of birds in this area. Evening free to walk around and do some shopping at the spice shops in this area. (Overnight at hotel in Thekkady/Periyar)

Day 7: Thekkady - Alleppey

Check out after breakfast and reach Alleppey – the land of backwaters. On arrival at Alleppey, after 12noon you embark a private House boat that is waiting to take you on a tour through the backwaters of Alleppey, a splendid area full of canals, lakes, and coves.

Very interestingly you get to see the whole life of people here takes place here on the water. The people sail, fish, swim and bathe here. They do their washing and their washing up. They are so adapted to the water that, you can see people talking for an hour, while they are up to their necks in water, overnight onboard a Houseboat

Day 8: Departure to Cochin

After breakfast on the houseboat Disembark at 09.30 am and drive to Cochin – a cosmopolitan city in the federal state of Kerala. On arrival at Cochin, a sightseeing tour of Cochin visiting - ‘The Jewish Synagogue at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town, ‘The Dutch Palace, Spice market at the narrow streets, The St. Francis Church, the oldest European Church in India and the Cochin boast “Chinese fishing nets”. Later free time for shopping at one of Asia’s biggest Shopping malls "LULU MALL".
