Ashtavinayak Yatra Devotional Tour

Day 01: Mumbai to Ozar, Lenyadri, Ranjangaon and Pune – Ashtavinayak Temple Pilgrimage

Pick up from Mumbai Airport and proceed to Ozar (Vighneshwar), which houses a Swayambhu (self-generated) idol with the trunk turned to the left. The temple faces east and contains several other idols. Continue to Lenyadri (Girijatmaj), a temple situated on a hill that can be reached by climbing 283 steps.

The hill is renowned for its ancient caves. Later, proceed to Ranjangaon (Mahaganapati). The temple faces east, and the idol is depicted seated on a lotus, flanked by his consorts Siddhi and Riddhi. Mahaganapati is believed to have eight, ten, or twelve hands. After sightseeing, proceed to Pune for an overnight stay.

Day 02: Pune – Theur, Morgaon, Siddhatek and Jejuri Excursion

Early in the morning, proceed to Jejuri via Theur (Chintamani). The temple faces north and houses a Swayambhu (self-generated) idol with the trunk turned to the left. Further proceed to Morgaon (Mayureshwar), where the temple faces north and enshrines a Swayambhu idol with a serpent above its head. The temple is unique for having eight Ganesha idols positioned in its eight corners.

Continue to Siddhatek (Siddhivinayak), which features a Swayambhu idol with the trunk turned to the right. The temple faces north and also contains idols of other deities, including Vishnu, Shiva, and Parvati. Later, visit the famous Khandoba Temple at Jejuri. In the evening, return to Pune for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Mahad, Pali and Mumbai Drop – Completion of Ashtavinayak Yatra

After breakfast, proceed to Mahad (Varad Vinayak), which houses a Swayambhu (self-generated) idol with the trunk turned to the left. Further proceed to Pali (Ballaleshwar), where the temple faces east and enshrines a Swayambhu idol with the trunk turned to the right.

After completing the darshan, drive back to Mumbai for your onward journey. The tour concludes with the blessings of Lord Ganesha and cherished memories of the Ashtavinayak pilgrimage.
